We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to serve as a key partner in promoting a culture of continuous readiness and regulatory excellence across our outpatient sites and/or acute care facilities. In this dynamic role, youll work closely with facility leadership, dyads, and directors to ensure compliance with NIAHO standards, ISO clauses, and CMS regulations. Youll act as a trusted consultant, offering guidance on regulatory expectations and aligning quality efforts with facility goals.

What Youll Do:

Lead ongoing regulatory compliance initiatives at the assigned facility or locations Serve as a content expert on NIAHO and ISO standards; demonstrate working knowledge of CMS and other regulatory bodies Partner with administration and departmental leaders to identify and address compliance needs Support continuous survey readiness and quality improvement efforts Assist in the interpretation and application of regulatory standards across departments Facilitate internal readiness assessments, mock surveys, and action planning Collaborate with teams to implement evidence-based practices and ensure alignment with organizational objectives

Qualifications:
Education:

Graduate of an accredited health-related program required Bachelors degree (BS or BA) preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience required Other licensed healthcare professionals with an associate degree or higher and at least 3 years of clinical experience may be considered Experience with project management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement preferred

Licensure:

Must hold current licensure in the

State of Florida Skills & Other Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and analytical abilities Proficient in computer systems and basic reporting tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
