$33.37•$45.05 / hour Summary Lee Physician Group is seeking an experienced RN to join their Outpatient Pediatric Behavioral Health team in Fort Myers. This RN Clinical Team Lead position requires three (3) years of RN experience. Outpatient experience preferred. Targeted start date would be July, 2025.

Responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area; based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards. Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care, through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Exhibits critical thinking and problem solving while serving as clinician, teacher, researcher, team leader and professional development.
