What You’ll Do:
  • This is aworking supervisor role
  • Full time available for evenings 3PM
  • 11PM
  • Full time available for overnights 11PM
  • 7AM
  • As aNursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team toprovide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, andoverall well-being of our residents.

Your responsibilities willinclude oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanlinessand compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.

KeyResponsibilities:

Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-qualitycare delivery Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments andresource allocation Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop andimplement care plans Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain qualitystandards Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursingstaff Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols
