We’re looking for a motivated and experienced LPN or RN to lead a team of 15 clinical staff members and work hands-on in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
Hire, train, and provide feedback for clinical support staff (LPNs, MAs) Schedule daily assignments for 15 direct reports Work in-clinic to assist providers and support teammates Conduct staff meetings (monthly) and one-on-one check-ins Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures Manage OSHA/biohazard compliance and staff training Oversee CT machine accreditation and evacuation drills Maintain and order medical supplies and inventory Collaborate with ENT physicians, mid-levels, and administration Build strong teamwork and communication between staff and providers
Requirements:
Active LPN or RN license in Florida Previous experience in a healthcare leadership or management role Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Confident with conflict resolution and performance management Able to work on your feet in a high-volume clinical setting Proficient in electronic health record systems and Microsoft Excel Comfortable working with pediatric patients and hearing-loss patients Trainer mindset — able to lead and mentor staff hands-on Charismatic, task- and goal-oriented, and adaptable to change
