Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Manager to lead our Medicare-certified home health team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day clinical oversight and management of patient care services to ensure high-quality, compliant, and patient-centered care. The Clinical Manager plays a vital role in staff supervision, care coordination, and regulatory compliance, contributing directly to the overall success and growth of our home health program.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and supervision to a team of RNs, LPNs, therapists, and other field staff. Ensure compliance with all Medicare, state, and agency regulations and standards. Monitor and manage patient care coordination, including timely and accurate OASIS assessments and plan of care development. Conduct case conferences and clinical team meetings to review patient progress and address care concerns. Review and approve clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for field clinicians. Manage staff scheduling and productivity to ensure efficient operations and appropriate caseload distribution.

Qualifications:

Current and active RN license in Florida Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Medicare-certified home health At least 1 year of clinical supervisory or management experience required Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation, OASIS documentation, and home health workflows Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Proficient in EMR systems Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
