out of 5 stars 1475 West 49th Place, Hialeah, FL 33012 1. Participates in shift report by listening actively and clarifying patient care instructions with Charge Nurse. 2. Monitors and records vital signs (TPR, height, weight, I&O and BP) accurately and within time frames. 3. Attends to the Activities of Daily Living of patients by assisting and/or supervising. 4. Serves Meals, monitoring and recording dietary habits. 5. Intervenes as appropriate with dietary needs and records intake of form, as instructed.
