What You’ll Do:

Lead the delivery of face-focused aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, microneedling, and more Lead the delivery of regenerative medicine and functional health care to hormone patients and medical weight loss patients. Conduct in-depth consultations and build customized, long-term treatment plans Help set clinical standards and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and protocols Collaborate with ownership on practice growth, innovation, and service excellence Oversee other Staff Nurse Practitioners, Aesthetic Nurses, and medical assistants. Support a culture of empowerment and education—for both patients and team members

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Florida 3+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics required 3+ years of experience working with BHRT Bilingual in English and Spanish Proven skill in facial injectables and non-surgical treatments Confident, compassionate communicator with a patient-first mindset A natural leader ready to set the bar for care, outcomes, and professionalism Must be open to working under a Medical Services Agreement (MSA) to ensure full compliance with state regulations Why You’ll Love Being at
