Your Responsibilities:
Supervise Nursing Staff
- Oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to ensure quality patient care. Ensure Compliance
- Maintain adherence to state and federal regulations. Monitor & Assess Resident Care
- Evaluate patient conditions and provide clinical guidance. Train & Mentor Staff
- Support professional development and skill-building. Communicate with Families & Physicians
- Provide updates on resident conditions and care plans. Respond to Emergencies
- Act quickly and effectively in urgent situations.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (State-approved). Previous Supervisory or Charge Nurse Experience (Preferred). Strong Leadership & Decision-Making Skills. Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Abilities. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Setting.
