Nursing Manager – Community Health Delivery (Ambulatory Clinics) Our Company – Community Health Delivery Division is seeking a full-time Nursing Manager for its ambulatory clinics. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily operations and long-term planning of patient care services. Develop and update nursing policies and procedures in alignment with institutional guidelines. Oversee program operations and ensure compliance with clinical and personnel policies. Ensure high standards of care by enforcing state and regulatory requirements and monitoring health outcomes. Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training of nursing and support staff. Assign nursing responsibilities to meet patient care needs. Support employee development through coaching, counseling, and performance management. Foster a compassionate, patient-centered environment by supporting patients and families emotionally and psychologically. Encourage patient autonomy through goal setting, education, and health coaching. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to address and resolve patient care needs. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment by implementing effective procedures. Collect and assess data to drive quality improvement and enhance patient satisfaction. Ensure staff meet all required education and competency standards annually. Contribute operational insights to leadership for strategic planning and service expansion. Implement and evaluate internal controls to ensure compliance with University policies. Train team members on procedures and compliance expectations.
