UCO of Miami is currently seeking an RN Nursing Supervisor for our Facility . The supervisor will be responsible for collaborating with other departments to maintain quality standards of care for the special medical residential location (Golden Glades). The RN nursing supervisor will also be responsible for the daily operation, organization, administration, and general effectiveness of the nursing department as well as future program planning and development.

REQUIREMENTS

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license for the State of Florida Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, preferred 5-7 years of experience as a nurse working with both Pediatric and Adult populations Experience working with the Developmentally Disabled A minimum of one year of experience in an administrative position 3yrs+ of direct nursing supervision is required. A minimum of five years of experience in case management Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent oral and written communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented with the ability to consistently multitask A professional committed to superior customer focus 7-10 years of related experience preferred Submit resume with salary requirements The position is located in Miami Gardens-Golden Glades/ Health District area
