We’re seeking a Manager of Intensive Care Unit (ICU) to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional, patient-centered care. This role provides operational oversight of the ICU nursing unit, managing staff, clinical care, patient safety, and ensuring top-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead daily operations of ICU with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency Monitor compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements Manage patient flow and throughput to ensure high-quality patient experiences Oversee nursing practice, staff performance, and service excellence Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and engagement Develop and maintain staff schedules and productivity standards Manage department budgets, resource allocation, and cost-control strategies Ensure regular equipment maintenance and readiness Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida BLS and ACLS certification required Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred (ADN acceptable if enrolled in BSN program) Recent acute care leadership experience in Critical Care/ICU required

Minimum:
