Position Summary Position Overview:

Join the dynamic team at Orlando Regional Medical Center as a Nurse Manager in our Endoscopy. In this leadership role, you will provide operational oversight and direction for a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, ensuring excellence in patient care and seamless coordination with surgical and anesthesia teams. You will play a critical role in helping us achieve department and hospital goals alongside key medical and hospital leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day operations and provide hands-on support in the Endoscopy.

Collaborate closely with endoscopy and anesthesia teams to ensure safe and efficient patient preparation for a wide range of procedures.

Foster a positive, high-performance team culture and contribute to continuous improvements in patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Endoscopy nursing experience.

At least 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

QualificationsEducation/Training Graduate of an approved school of nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required. Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with Graduate degree in Business or health-related field preferred.

Licensure/Certification Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. May require one or more of the following certifications based on the assigned patient population:o Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)o Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) o Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) National leadership board certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) within 2 years.

Experience Two (2) years as a registered nurse in Endoscopy and one (1) year leadership experience.
