Behavioral Nurse Manager AceTek Solutions West Palm Beach, FL 33407 Nurse Manager Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavioral Health Nurse Manager to oversee nursing staff and ensure the highest standards of patient care within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. This role requires a commitment to fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities Lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring optimal patient care delivery. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures in accordance with best practices. Oversee patient care activities, including assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care. Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, including workers’ compensation law. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting professional development.
