Responsibilities Lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring optimal patient care delivery. Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures in accordance with best practices. Oversee patient care activities, including assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care. Monitor compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, including workers’ compensation law. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff, promoting professional development. Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and staff performance. Experience Candidates should have prior experience in a nursing management role or equivalent experience in a clinical setting. The following skills are highly desirable: Proficiency in medical imaging techniques. Must be passionate about BH Patient Center Trauma Informed Care Types of Service Bakers Act/ In patient Psych setting Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols. Strong understanding of physiology related to patient care. Familiarity with dialysis processes and durable medical equipment (DME). The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.
