Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team at our Substance Abuse Treatment Center. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and patients in recovery. The Nurse Manager will oversee daily nursing operations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and effective treatment delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership, supervision, and mentorship to nursing staff. Ensure nursing practices comply with state, federal, and accreditation regulations. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to coordinate individualized patient care plans. Monitor medication administration processes, including detox protocols, and controlled substances management. Handle patient and staff concerns with professionalism and empathy, promoting a safe environment. Participate in quality assurance, incident reporting, infection control, and staff training initiatives. Collaborate with scheduling, performance evaluations, and staffing needs. Audit charts and ensure proper care is provided. Ensure timely documentation and compliance with clinical record-keeping standards.

Requirements:

Active LPN/RN license in FL. Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing management experience . Experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or psychiatric care strongly preferred. Current BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

$62,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
