This regional leading acute care facility is home to more than 400 inpatient beds and provides a wide variety of services including comprehensive cardiovascular care, emergency and critical care, maternity and pediatrics, perioperative services, and cancer care. This system strives to provide accessible high-quality healthcare to the surrounding areas and has recently been recognized by US News and World Report for being a high-performing center in heart failure, hip replacements, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Reporting to the Unit Manager, the Nurse Supervisor Mother Baby will provide clinical leadership to the 37-bed women and infant unit that cares for more than 3,000 births per year. Other responsibilities include providing staff evaluations, managing patient flow, offering staff and patient education, participating in hourly rounding, and serving as the liaison between staff and leadership teams. This is a full-time night shift position.
