JOB SUMMARY
PeopleOne Health is dedicated to providing people with access to our innovative, high-quality, direct primary care enhanced knowledge to help them make better choices impacting their health, and providing encouragement and support to increase their own efforts to stay healthy. This position will be primarily responsible for training and managing staff, mentoring and coaching staff, and listening to concerns and providing counsel in several offices within a geographical area, maintaining records, and ensuring the practice is compliant with industry regulations. In this important role, the RN Practice Manager will embody the vision, and values of PeopleOne while motivating staff to strive for professional excellence. This position is responsible for the ongoing development and success of our medical offices.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
(Supervision means the position has responsibility for the employee life cycle: hiring/firing, assigning work, performance reviews, disciplinary action, providing direction, training, scheduling/approving time off, etc.) This position provides supervision to others. Interviews, hires, and trains new Medical Assistants and nurses in accordance with HR guidelines. Oversees Medical Assistants and LPNs in each office to ensure member success. Monitors and approves hours, paid time off (PTO), and works with HR to track licensure requirements for all staff. Conducts regular staff meetings and monthly Performance Management Interviews (PMIs) for assigned staff.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversees day to day clinical operations for Palm Beach offices. Ensures the offices are opened and closed daily, as per established schedules. Regularly reviews productivity and makes staffing adjustments as needed. Develops, implements and oversees outreach for medical gap closures for patients in a variety of programs including PeopleOne Health membership, Medicaid, Medicare and other patients as needed. Participates in the creation and update of critical office policies and procedures. Provides staff training for policy and procedure implementation. Participates in regular meetings and committees as necessary. Maintains a working knowledge of PeopleOne Health membership plans and how to access the needed information. Collaborates with Providers to ensure smooth office operations. Assists with new office opening procedures.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS
: Registered nurse with at least a diploma or an associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Current, unrestricted RN License in Florida.
EXPERIENCE
5-7+ years of experience in medical office management required. Working knowledge of medical terminology. Medical office billing experience preferred.

The RN Practice Manager will be required to travel periodically throughout Palm Beach County to be on site at the other medical offices.
