Requirements:

RN (Registered Nurse) License
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing OR Higher
2-years’ RN Acute, Post-Acute, or Sub-Acute experience.
BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
ACLS certification with the American Heart Association
Strongly preferred experience

• 1 year of Nursing Leadership
  Strongly preferred experience
• 2-year’s RN in ICU
  Preferred certification
• CCRN The Assistant Nurse Manager and Patient Care Leader
• ICU responsibilities and skills: Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills
  Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issues, ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process
  Proficient in the delivery of complex nursing care and continuously promotes quality care assuming a brad level of accountability for outcomes
  Provides 24 hour/7 day accountability care for assigned patients
