• Position Description:

• RN•Charge Nurse•+ The RN•Charge Nurse is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.

Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team + Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team. Is responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information + The Charge Nurse performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse

• Requirements:

• + Registered Nurse license + BLS + 2 years RN acute care experience + Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

• Preferred:

• + 1 year Leadership experience + Nurse Specialty
