As a RN Clinical Supervisor , you’llmanage the coordination, supervision, and implementation ofprofessional and supportive hospice services in a safe,cost-effective manner. You’ll lead a care team with purpose, guidenew team members through orientation, and provide vital educationon clinical practice, regulations, and reimbursement updates.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every patient receives thehighest quality of care throughout their journey. Qualifications:

A heart toserve patients and families and a passion for providing the bestpossible care

Education:

Graduate of an accredited nursing school(BSN preferred). Current state license as a registered nurse

Experience:

2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registerednurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, orhospice environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical andsupervisory knowledge and experience appropriate to the assignedsupervision responsibilities. Homecare Homebase EMR experiencepreferred.

Required:

Reliable transportation. Ability to sit,stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs andbear the weight of an average adult effectively.
