We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity within ourBrain Protection Sciences Institute for a Clinic OperationsManager. In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal partin planning and directing the work of professional and supportpersonnel who provide outpatient care to patients in the clinicalsetting. You will manage daily clinic operations and will work withthe executive team to proactively assess and implement appropriateprocesses to ensure that all facets of clinical operational supportare effectively addressed.
This includes:
patient access, scheduleoptimization, complete and accurate registration, hospital revenuecycle management, payor contracting compliance, insurance referraland preauthorization requirements, coordination of referraldocumentation, patient flow, environmental safety, regulatorycompliance, patient safety, quality initiatives, and patientexperience. The Manager partners with the Education Specialists totrain and supervise clinic staff with responsibility for employeeon-boarding, development, and engagement. The Clinic OperationsManager supports clinical program needs across all relevant levelsin the Ambulatory setting and works collaboratively withphysicians, nurses, ancillary services, and clinic staff to ensuretimely patient access to care, operational efficiency, practiceoptimization, and fiscal integrity. Who Should Apply:
BSN required Current licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurseand Basic Life Support, American Heart AssociationCertifications Outpatient experience required Understanding of ambulatory practice management, physicianoffice and clinical operations including appointment scheduling andregistration Two to four years in a clinic or hospital setting with practicemanagement or supervisory experience required Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and inwriting, with strong interpersonal and team building skills
