RN/LPN:
Supervise the 3-11 shift, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care. Provide assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and administer medications while overseeing staff duties. Follow the instructions of Nurse Management and carry out responsibilities in compliance with company policies and procedures. Deliver compassionate and kind care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Participate hands-on when necessary, assisting with ADLs to meet residents’ safety and comfort needs. RN/LPN:
Long-term care experience is preferred. Graduation from an accredited nursing or practical nursing program. A valid and current Florida license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Ability to move, lift, and position patients as needed.
