As a Wound Care Nurse, you will: + Provide specialized care for wound care and ostomy patients while utilizing effective leadership and managerial skills. + Act as a professional role model and mentor for the nursing team, fostering collaboration and growth. + Take on the role of preceptor and charge nurse, ensuring high-quality patient care and team coordination. + Serve as a resource expert for colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting professional development.

• Qualifications
• + A minimum of 2 years of RN experience with 1 year wound related experience.

+ Previous leadership experience is _preferred._ + Strong knowledge of treating a variety of wounds. + BSN or BS in a healthcare-related field is required and/ or RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification must be obtained within 7 months of hire/promotion. + Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Nurse (RN) License, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) as applicable. + Nurse Specialty Certification in wound or ostomy care _(Preferred)._
