Pay Rate:
$35-$40/hour Are you a dedicated a passion for risk management and patient safety? Bedrock Rehabilitation and Nursing Center at Suwannee is seeking a skilled Risk Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining the highest standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential liabilities and enhance patient safety. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks related to clinical operations, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with various departments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and JCAHO standards. Provide training and support to staff on risk management practices and protocols. Analyze incident reports and trends to develop preventive measures and improve overall risk management processes. Prepare detailed reports on risk management activities for senior leadership and regulatory bodies. Serve as a liaison between the organization and external regulatory agencies regarding risk-related matters. Qualifications LPN or RN license required. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience in healthcare risk management. In-depth knowledge of clinical risk management and JCAHO standards. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. Certification in Healthcare Risk Management (e.g., CPHRM) is a plus.
