AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking an energetic leader to serve as their next CVOR Nurse Manager in Daytona Beach, Florida! The Position The CVOR Nurse Manager will be responsible for leading daily operations within a busy Cardiovascular Operating Room setting containing four ORs throughout AdventHealth Daytona Beach.
This leader will oversee approximately 40 FTEs and will collaborate closely with two existing Nurse Managers to oversee scheduling, KPIs, quality, and patient care initiatives throughout the department. The CVOR Nurse Manager will strive to create positive working relationships with surgeons including four cardiac surgeons and five vascular surgeons, ensuring optimal departmental performance and patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong CVOR or Main OR experience, demonstrate change agent capabilities, and possess excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical.
Seeking a hands-on leader to establish credibility with surgeons and staff members while also assisting with mentoring and coaching staff, patient-focused culture, and building collaborative relationships within the department. Requirements Bachelor’s degree required.
