We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our growing team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, supervises the nursing personnel and the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during an assigned tour of duty. Such supervision must be in accordance with accepted professional standards and current federal, state and local regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality care is always maintained. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily nursing operations of your assigned unit Supervise, train, and mentor nursing staff (CNAs, LPNs, RNs) Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement resident care plans Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards Promote a safe, respectful, and positive work environment
Qualifications:
Active RN license (required) Minimum of 1 year experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting Prior leadership experience (Charge Nurse or higher preferred) Knowledge of clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and care planning Strong communication and team-building skills
