Responsibilities:

Provide charge nurse duties (assigning patients to the nursing team, overseeing patient care delivered by the nursing team, providing training and direction to the nursing team on the shift) Assist with patient care and management of the nursing care provided on the shift Oversee LPNS, provide precepting to new hires, ensuring smooth operations of the shift Participate in code teams Collaborating with Physicians and various disciplines within the hospital in order to manage patient care Assisting the medical staff with in-house procedures Interacting and communicating with patient family members

Requirements:

Active RN license (GA) BLS and ACLS certification Minimum 1 year of critical care/ICU and hospital experience 1 year Charge RN experience preferred Ability to assess patients quickly in emergency situations in stressful environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Superior analytical and critical thinking skills Team, detail, and goal-oriented Positive, professional, and empathetic demeanor

Shifts Available:

Night shift: 7 pm
