12 Robotic ClinicalService Line Lead The Perioperative Clinical Service Line Leadreports to the nurse manager and holds a key leadership positionwithin the division. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, thisleader assumes the responsibility of coordinating and articulatingthe philosophy, objectives, policies, and procedures of the AlbanyMed Health system, the nursing service, and perioperative nursinginto effective action. This nurse must have strong leadership andcommunication skills in order to maintain a safe and caringenvironment that supports excellence in clinical practice andcustomer service. This individual serves as a unit-based leader andacts as a liaison to clinical staff, physicians, support staff, andothers involved in promoting positive patient outcomes. ThePerioperative Clinical Service line lead is responsible forcoordinating the activities of the specialty service (robotics).They oversee equipment/supply needs, exhibit a mastery of severalnursing functions in the specialty service to advise and teachother patient care team members. They will also function as aliaison between managers/specialty teams/anesthesia staff andmedical staff while performing the cored duties of a RegisteredNurse. Clinical Service Line Lead

• ROBOTICS

• Bachelor of Sciencein Nursing preferred
• Current New York State licensure required
• CNOR preferred
• BLS required
• Three years previous Operating Roomexperience required with two years in robotic specialty field andgeneral Operating Room procedures.
• Demonstrates leadershipexperience charge or resource role.
• EPIC experience preferred.
