• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Assist with patient assessments and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment progress
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medication usage, and self-care techniques
• Assist with discharge planning and coordination of follow-up care
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain accurate medical records “`Qualifications“`
• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia
• Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working in a medical office setting
• Proficiency in taking vital signs and performing basic medical procedures such as tube feeding
• Experience with electronic health record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to work in both acute care and primary care settings
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
