The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices, including medical office procedures, venipuncture, IV insertion, and hospital medicine. This role requires a commitment to supporting patients with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, while fostering a collaborative environment among healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care delivery. Coordinate patient care activities and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Oversee the administration of medications and treatments, including IV insertion and venipuncture. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff on best practices in patient care. Manage staffing schedules to maintain adequate coverage for all shifts. Address patient concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements. Qualifications Valid nursing license (RN) with relevant clinical experience in a hospital or medical office setting. Proven experience in nurse management or supervisory roles is preferred. Familiarity with neonatal ventilators, medical imaging, and dialysis procedures is advantageous.
