Specialties available:

Operating Room, Emergency Department, Acute Care Duties Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal patient care. Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in line with best practices. Conduct regular assessments of patient care quality and implement improvements as necessary. Manage patient care activities, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols. Oversee utilization management processes to optimize resource allocation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create individualized care plans for patients, particularly in hospital settings. Monitor and manage Durable Medical Equipment (DME) needs for patients. Address any concerns or issues raised by patients or their families regarding care. Skills Experience with electronic health record systems. Excellent management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ability to perform utilization management effectively to ensure quality patient outcomes. Familiarity with DME processes and requirements in a clinical setting.
