Description:
The primary purpose of the RN Unit Manager position is to supervise the clinical applications and facility operations on a 24/7 basis for an assigned unit in the facility.
Requirements:
Education:
Must possess an RN Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN diploma program.
Experience :
Must have a minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a staff nurse in a long-term care facility. Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred.
