Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in a psychiatric inpatient setting. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. Assess patient’s mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer medications as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient progress and document in the medical record. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care. Provide crisis intervention when necessary.
