• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and supervision of CNA’s as a charge nurse under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Unit Manager who reports directly to the Director of Nursing.

• Duties:

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans and treatments
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

• Requirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Knowledge of physiology and healthcare standards
• Experience with IV insertion, tube feeding, and sonography is preferred
• Ability to work in various settings such as hospitals, home care, and toddler care
• Strong organizational skills for effective case management
• Prior experience with PCC is a plus!
