Unit Manager Full Time, Job Description :

• ` Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Communicate with Physicians, Nurse Practitioner, residents and family members.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess resident’s condition.
• Modify resident treatment plans as indicated by residents’ responses and conditions.
• Direct or supervise healthcare personnel or supervise a particular unit.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate resident care plans.
• Monitor all aspects of resident care, including diet and physical activity.
• Prepare residents for and assist with examinations or treatments. Requirements Candidates must possess :
• Licensure as an R.N. , currently licensed in Louisiana.
• 1+ year of full-time nursing experience in long term care.
• Excellent clinical, computer, and communication skills.
• The ability to work successfully in both independent and team settings.

Salary Comprehensive Benefits:
