Job Summary Supervises a large workgroup to ensure that a high quality, cost-effective product orservice is delivered in support of the hospital’s strategic plan.

Performs within the department’s goals and objectives. Maintainseffective, positive customer service relationships by responding tocustomer needs, resolving conflicts, and educating employees oncustomer service. Effectively and continually communicates with thestaff, management, and customers to facilitate the flow ofinformation necessary to the success of the employees and the workgroup. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing(BSN) ACLS, PALS, TNCC and CEN preferred At least 2 years ofBehavioral Health RN experience Active CT RN license required priorto start date 1 years of experience leading employees in abehavioral health setting Strong communications skills required -both written, verbal and public speaking/teaching.
