We are searching for an Experienced RN Manager for the Infusion Center Looking for: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required. A minimum of seven years related work experience is required; supervisory experience preferred. Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Specialty certification is preferred. Responsibilities:
Under direction of the Senior Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer, an Associate Chief Nurse, or designee, the Manager will, perform diversified duties both within and in support of the two departments including leadership, performance review process, daily operations, departmental manpower scheduling , fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance improvement, liaison, quality, etc.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required. A minimum of seven years related work experience is required; supervisory experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to document, evaluate and manage patient outcomes. Demonstrated organizational, coordination and time management skills. Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required. Specialty certification is preferred. Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the
COVID 19
virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation:
Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range:
USD $107,889.60 – USD $202,592.00 /Yr.
