Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations of the unit to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance. Supervise and support nursing staff, promoting a positive and collaborative team culture. Coordinate care plans in partnership with interdisciplinary teams and families. Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and timely assessments. Lead by example in promoting compassion, respect, and excellence in resident care.

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts. Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is required. Proven leadership or management experience in a clinical role. Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills. Compassionate, resident-focused, and committed to teamwork.
