Full-Time, Nights (Monday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Exciting Sign-On Bonus Available!

RN:

$5,000 (payable 1/2 at 3 months, 1/2 at 6 months for 32+ hours/week)

LPN:

$3,000 (payable 1/2 at 3 months, 1/2 at 6 months for 32+ hours/week)

Position Summary:

Mary Immaculate is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nursing Supervisor (LPN or RN) to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities during the night tour of duty. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times, in accordance with current Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by Nursing Administration.

Qualifications:

Current LPN or RN license in good standing in Massachusetts. Strong clinical skills are essential. Related experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is highly preferred. Prior management experience is a
