The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, a passion for providing high-quality patient care, and the ability to lead and mentor others. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing floor(s), ensuring that all patients receive the best possible care and support. What You’ll Do:

Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) Ensure high-quality, person-centered care for residents Manage daily unit operations and clinical workflows Collaborate with care teams to develop resident care plans Communicate with families, residents, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with DPH, CMS, and facility regulations Support quality improvement and staff development initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Current MA RN or LPN license 1+ years of nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills Knowledge of DPH and CMS regulations

Schedule:
