Regal Care at Holyoke is seeking an experienced and dedicated LPN or RN Supervisor for our 3PM-11PM shift, Monday through Friday . This leadership role includes on-call responsibilities and is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff during evening shift Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care Respond to emergencies and support clinical decision-making Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Act as a resource and leader for staff, residents, and families

Requirements:

Current LPN or RN license in Massachusetts Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Ability to handle on-call responsibilities as needed RegalCare requires evidence of
