Nursing Supervisor:

Supervise and support field staff to ensure safe, high-quality care in client homes Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams on changes in condition or care approach Conduct in-home supervisory visits and performance evaluations Deliver clinical training, mentorship, and hands-on support to caregivers Oversee skills competency assessments and staff onboarding Review documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance Act as the go-to resource for clinical issues and client safety concerns What You Bring to the

Role:

Active RN license in Massachusetts Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor and support field staff in both clinical and professional development Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (travel within service area required)
