What You’ll Do:
As aNursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team toprovide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, andoverall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities willinclude oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanlinessand compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
KeyResponsibilities:

What You’ll Bring:
Qualificationsof a Nursing Supervisor include: Valid RN license in the State ofMaine Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in asupervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care settingpreferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient careInterest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically illwith the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership,organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in adynamic and fast-paced environment
