Req #: 20225 We are looking for aRegistered Nurse – Practice Manager for our Urogynecologyteam located in South Portland, ME. This position offers relocation reimbursement, with flexible schedule, no weekends, on call, or major holidays. We are looking for a Registered nurse who holds a BSN as well as 2 or more years of nursing and leadership experience. We are looking to grow our dynamic team with an energetic nurse ready to join a collaborative and encouraging environment.

Summary:

This position is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education:

BSN required.

License/Certifications:

Must have an active RN License with the ME Board of Nursing.

Experience:

Two or more years of hospital or outpatient clinic facility management/supervisory experience.
Knowledge of medical facility procedures
Knowledge and understanding of financials including AP and AR
Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques
Skills in planning, organizing, delegating and supervising
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing
Strong computer skills
Ability to read, interpret and apply policies and procedures
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to effectively interact with patients, medical staff and the public
