As aNursing Supervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team toprovide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, andoverall well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities willinclude oversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanlinessand compliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
KeyResponsibilities:

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include: Validstate nursing license Advanced degree or certification preferredExperience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Caresetting preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patientcare Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronicallyill with the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership,organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in adynamic and fast-paced environment•: We Hire for Heart!
