Job Description
CRMA Elm Street Assisted Living 56 Elm Street, Topsham, ME 04086 Overview We are seeking a dedicated CRMA (Certified Residential Medication Aide) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medication administration and caregiving within assisted living or nursing home environments. This is a combination of day shifts with the option of covering some evenings. Shifts run from 6a-2p and 2p-10p.
- Document medication administration accurately and timely in electronic systems
- Monitor residents for any adverse reactions or side effects from
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication management
- Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed Skills
- Proficient in HIPAA regulations related to patient information confidentiality
- Experience in assisted living or nursing home settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as Cerner and Epic
- Strong medication administration skills
- Knowledge of physiology and acute care practices
