Durgin Pines is hiring a full-time RN or LPN to join our team as a Unit Manager on our long term care unit. At Durgin Pines our mission is to help improve the health of the community one person at a time. As the Unit Manager you will work closely with our Medical Director and an interdisciplinary team of nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation therapist, and social workers to provide quality healthcare to our residents. We are looking for a RN or LPN, who has critical thinking skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents, family members, visitors and staff. Knowledge of State and Federal long-term care guidelines is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to communicate effectively, handle stressful situations with tact and be willing to work as part of a team to meet the needs of our residents. The primary purpose of the RN/ LPN Unit Manager is to ensure that care is delivered in accordance with facility protocol and safe nursing practices. This position is primarily Monday – Friday day shift.
