Nurse Manager Job Description Duties:
What You’ll Do:
Deliver direct, hands-on care to residents with empathy and professionalism Supervise and support nursing staff during your shift Create and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals Manage discharge planning and educate residents and families Administer medications and prescribed treatments Care for geriatric, hospice, and memory care residents Collect and process lab specimens Serve as a health coach and advocate for our residents
Qualifications:
Licensed Nurse (LPN or RN) in the state of Missouri Prior experience in long-term care is a plus Familiarity with PointClickCare or similar EHR systems preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and manage physical aspects of caregiving A team-first attitude and a heart for caring for seniors
