Program Manager Full-Time Position Location:

Madison County, Missouri Reports to: Executive Director and HR Generalist About Us MCCDD is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to providing high-quality services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities. We proudly partner with the Missouri Department of Mental Health (DMH) to deliver essential programs such as Individualized Supported Living (ISL), Community Integration (CI), and Personal Assistant (PA) services. We are currently seeking a compassionate, qualified Registered Nurse / Program Manager to lead our service programs and act as a clinical backup to our current RN. Qualifications RN – Licensed Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri (Required) 2+ years of supervisory experience in developmental disabilities or community-based services (Preferred) Knowledge of Missouri DMH regulations and Medicaid Waiver service standards (Preferred) Ability to lead, motivate, and supervise staff Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based systems Experience with electronic health records and Therap (Preferred) Must pass a background check, drug screen, and Family Care Safety Registry check Reliable transportation required Daily Responsibilities Supervise, schedule, and train program staff Ensure compliance with MCCDD policies and DMH regulations Oversee and maintain accurate documentation for Medicaid services Monitor medical needs and be prepared to respond to health-related issues Advocate for individuals served, promoting dignity, choice, and community integration Coordinate transportation and agency vehicle dispatch as needed Participate in IHP meetings and collaborate with Service Coordinators Assist with hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR Maintain required certifications (Medication Administration Level I, CPR/First Aid, etc.) Participate in rotating on-call schedule Attend meetings, training, and represent MCCDD positively in the community Ensure timely and accurate charting and reporting in Therap system Perform other duties as assigned Why MCCDD?
