We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Services Administrator to oversee the delivery of health services in our facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our participants receive high-quality care while maintaining compliance with regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home health, assisted living, or home care, combined with excellent leadership and organizational skills. In this supervisory capacity, the Director leads the Site Directors, offering guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight of our other 3 locations. The role requires a combination of strong clinical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic visio n to uphold high standards of care and improve health outcomes for all participants. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of health services, ensuring efficient delivery of care to patients. Oversee patient monitoring processes and ensure adherence to medical protocols. Develop, and implement Person Center Service Plan (PCSP) training based on assessments for individual needs, goals and abilities, health status and other available supports Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor site directors providing guidance on best practices in participant care and service delivery. Ensure compliance with medical terminology standards and practices within the facility. Conduct regular assessments of service quality and implement improvements as needed. Perform regular audits of participant records and care plans to ensure compliance with documentation standards and best practices at all Centers Research, implement, and conduct ongoing education and competency training for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Site Managers, Direct Support staff caregivers, and other staff. Step in to cover Site Directors as needed, ensuring continuity of leadership, patient care, and operational workflow. Co-lead preparation efforts for both internal and external compliance audits, including state and regulatory agency inspections with all Centers with compliance. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with an active and unrestricted Missouri state license . Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or adult day care setting a plus. • Experience managing clinical staff, compliance initiatives, and site operations in a regulated healthcare environment. Proven experience in home health, assisted living, or home care settings. Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy knowledge. Excellent budgeting skills with experience in financial management within a healthcare context. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in shift management. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff, patients, and families.
