About the Position
This is a time limited NS-14 position. Multiple Second-level Nurse Supervisor positions including and not limited to weekend RN Supervisor, Restorative RN, and RN Unit Manager. accountable for directing nursing services and oversight and review of work and documentation of subordinate and specialist personnel. Accountable for directing subordinates in coordinating care for patients and administering nursing programs. Directs nursing services and oversees other health services in a public health program. Is a highly functional member of a multidisciplinary team providing direct care in a patient care setting or directs nursing and health services in a public health program.
What you’ll need to be Successful
Efficient organizational and time management skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Positive work morale. Ability to be flexible in thinking and problem solving.
Preferred Qualifications
Typically requires state licensure as a Registered Nurse and 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
Hiring agency preferred qualifications:
Requires state licensure as a Registered Nurse, 3-5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse, and 2-4 years of experience supervising nurses.
